2. Intellectual property of deliverables
The documents provided (opinions, memoranda, analyses) remain the property of Historiqa. Their use is strictly limited to the client. Any distribution or reproduction requires prior written authorization.
3. Liability
Historiqa undertakes to provide its services with diligence and competence.
However, Historiqa does not guarantee the absence of subsequent legal or tax risks, nor a favorable outcome in the event of an audit or dispute. The client remains responsible for their decisions.
4. Confidentiality
Historiqa is bound by professional confidentiality towards all its clients, in accordance with the principles governing the expert advisory profession.
5. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by Beninese law. In the event of a dispute, the parties shall endeavor to resolve the matter amicably. Failing such resolution, the competent courts of Benin shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
